COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Customers,

As with other businesses in our Southwest Florida community, we find ourselves facing a truly unprecedented situation. Thankfully, no one within our Encore Garage family has found themselves ill – but like the virus itself – the effects on our employees and their families are far-reaching.

As a support member to the construction industry, we are permitted to continue field operations. With careful eyes toward the health and safety of our crews and our clients, we will continue to do so as long as long as allowed. While we have chosen to close our showroom until further notice, our administrative staff will be available during normal business hours.

General Operational Guidelines:

• Social distancing, hand washing, and other sanitizing steps laid out by the CDC are being observed by all employees – both in the office and in the field
• We are asking for no or limited contact the start and completion of all jobs and crews have been instructed to communicate by phone on arrival and departure each day
• We also ask that clients call the crew or the office with questions, as opposed to interacting with the crews onsite
• Our Sales & Design team will primarily be working from home

Garage Flooring & Cabinetry:

• Initial client meetings must take place outside the home or in the garage
• Please limit the number of people involved during your appointment
• Please review our online gallery to review color selections and ideas prior to your appointment if possible
• We ask that clients respect all distancing guidelines and provide adequate space for the Designer to take measurements and capture all necessary notes about the garage

Interior closets & pantries:

• Consultations for occupied residences will be conducted via telephone and email only as inside/home visits are temporarily suspended. Floor plans with rough measurements & pictures are appreciated
• New construction consultations can take place at the project while adhering to social distancing & other safety protocols

Our hearts go out to anyone who has been affected directly or indirectly by the virus. Our thoughts are with those who are sick, and we extend our best wishes for a speedy and full recovery. If you have any special needs or requests, please do not hesitate to ask.
